First interview: prerecorded questions and answers (both behavior based and standard)
Second interview: online video interview with hiring manager where you had to represent AT&T's products and sell to the hiring manager (material given to you prior to interview)
- I used consultative questioning strategy to find business pain points.
- overall, not extremely difficult, once I found pain point I then explained how product X from att would help and then he stopped the formal interview and we just talked for the remainder

Tell me about your previous experience with X?
Did first interview, relatively calm and chill wasn’t asked too much. Behavioral asking about sales experience and expectations. Basically a screen call to see if everything aligns. They will be reinforcing the fact that after the 4 months training in Dallas you might not get your desired location.

It was a good interview. Got to go through ups and downs with the actual reps and they gave me honest opinions on the role. HM also really liked my experience.

The most chaotic hiring process, nothing was smooth. Get ready for the most competitive program ever. My 'class' started out as 50 and ended with 24. Great way to get into sales though!!!
