Interview
The interview process can be lengthily. if you know some one in the company it really helps. Usually a phone interview or 2 before a face to face interview. Since I was being brought back into AT&T after being outsourced to IBM the process was very easy for me but I suspect for someone outside it would be harder.

HR round, Technical Round with Senior people which were not so easy. Later with management round. Then salary negotiation which was really good. Before receiving offer HR called and explained about the offer and open for discussion for review.
