I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Detroit, MI) in Jan 2014
Interview
Applied online, Tested, Phone interview, panel Interviewed, Contract offer, Drug Screening. Orientations, 90 days training, active on job. It was pretty fast but, this was just my experience. Not too much more to explain about the hiring process.
Test first then formal interview. The interview was pretty basic, had no prior technician work but they tech you and make sure your moldable. Process wasn’t too long and started working pretty quickly
It was ok kinda long. Lots of waiting for responses. had to wait awhile for any answers. The process got better when I got a new contact. Once that happened it was much faster
It was a rigorous process that took several days. Prior to interview a knowledge test has to be taken. After passing test, taken to a room to wait until a person conducts one on one interview.
