I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
The entire process was fairly quick. It goes about as long as you want it to go. I started out with a phone interview that covered the basics of the program. That conversation was more about familiarizing me about the program and the potential process. About a week later, I received an email to complete an online personality assessment, and to wait for further instructions. I contacted my recruiter about three days after I did the assessment, where I was informed I qualified for the next stage. The next round in the process served as the typical webcam interview. It featured many typical questions: what are 3 strengths, when have you faced adversity, what has adversity taught you, etc. The final stage of the interview process was the most interesting, as it is a role-play with "potential" AT&T business customers. They change this part frequently so it's hard to prepare for it. Just be familiar with the basics of services and don't freak out. That's the key for this part of the process, demonstrate you can be calm under pressure.

Interview
online application, then online 88 question test, then skype interview (behavioral), then case study interview. The skype interview lasts about half to a full hour. make sure you know how to use skype business, they use this not regular skype. the person interviewing is nice and allows you to relax and feel comfortable. make sure you have some goo questions at the end to ask the interviewer. Also, make sure you have a really good understanding of the program because they will ask you to explain to them what you know.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (New York, NY)
Interview
Behavioral interview process was pretty straight forward. They are going to ask questions about your past experiences, how you overcame them and what you learned. Just be yourself, excited, curious, and make friends with your interviewer. Next step is to see how you act in a business environment. Expect to get pushback from the mock customer and be your best self. Try not to make promises you cant keep, yet bargain to manage the customers pain.

Technician didnt show up, two days late and customers business is down due to lack of internet. How do we handle this?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Tulsa, OK) in Feb 2016
Interview
1. Invited to take an assessment online 2. If you pass the assessment, you then will be contacted to set up an behavioral Skype interview time. 3. If you pass this, the final test is role play with either a phone call or a Skype interview. Be advised: role play is most difficult part! i just completed it and i studied the material thoroughly, but it was still difficult. Best thing you can do is remain calm and speak with confidence. I screwed up on the second role play a little, so I'm not sure what the outcome will be.
