I had initially applied for AT&T's MATREX program and a person from HR sent my resume to the NETDP program and I started the process from there. I received a phone call from a manager from AT&T looking for an intern and we set up a time for a phone interview. The interview lasted a little over an hour and the questions consisted of a mix of technical and personality questions.
Since the team was looking for a software developer, question topics included general Object Oriented Programming, Relational Database, and knowledge of using Linux. Other questions came from my leadership skills and involvement listed on my resume as well as relevant course studies.
