I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Jan 2012
Interview
1st round general get to know you interview.
2nd round present a case which is sent to you a week in advance and one-on-one interviews with director and assistant vice president.
Presentation is more important than context complexity. Pick a concept that you think is important to explore within the case. Clean powerpoint template. Less wordy, just big hitter takeaways. Take advantage of presentation forum to stimulate a 2-way communication with the interview panel. There is no specifically right answer. Check your numbers make sense and are not off by 000 magnitudes (i.e. thousands vs. millions)

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Jan 2015
Interview
Timely- I applied and was contacted 2 weeks later for first interview. The first interview was 45 minutes and second interview 30 minutes. I spoke with a manager and various members of his team. They were polite and excited to speak about their company. Questions were generic and not position specific- which was weird. The team was open to answering questions from me and they were very professional. I was told I'd hear in one week, but its been a month and I never heard anything. It is annoying to go through the interview process and never get so much as an emailed rejection. Other than that, good experience.
