      Supply Chain Strategy Interview

      Feb 13, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (New York, NY) in Feb 2022

      Interview

The process was a 3 stage process. Stage 1 is a case interview which is passed. Stage 2 was a 1.5 hour interview consisting of case interview, excel test, and presentation. After completing. Y second stage, I received great feedback and was told I'd likely be moving on to the 3rd stage. Within hours I received an automated notice saying I wouldn't advance. When I requested feedback, I was told I didn't have enough experience with the role and I may be to senior for the position I was interviewing for. I'm truly appteciated the transparency on the rationale for declining, but this could have been conveyed in earlier stages instead of wasting everyone's time. Regardless my interviewers were fantastic and the experience was rewarding it was just frustrating to understand the rationale which was outside of my performance or commitment to the role.
