      ABM Dispute Specialist Interview

      Mar 29, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Bratislava
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T (Bratislava) in Mar 2015

      Interview

This interview took two rounds: 1st round was more about behavioral interview, I was asked questions about my strengths, my weaknesses, and why I wanted to work for this particular company. Basically, they were the kind of questions you can prepare for and have some go-to answers you can use with confidence. As I had interview with two managers, they wanted me to go to the second round with no interference of HR to schedule the final round, they have mentioned that I would have to do some excel assessment test. And they gave me lot of tips how to master the second round with their directors. 2nd round was more about background experience and some technical questions regarding finance, the interview wasn't tough but they have tried to see how capable you can hold your stress and how you manage it, they do care about candidates willing to ace their questions smoothly. Thought that it would have excel assessment but so far they did not provide a single test, I have asked why to one of managers, and has mentioned that she also did not know why. Fixed-term was non-negotiable, although not totally a bad thing as they have promised that it can be extended.

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Bratislava
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Bratislava)

      Interview

It was a bad experience from the beginning. The process was fast, CV screening, call and a first interview scheduled within a week. The first interview with AT&T HR staff was easy, however disorganized. Two interviewers, unprepared and not polite. It was a pretty embarassing process both for the interviewers and the candidate. The questions were out of scope and out of context. It seemed for me that company do not take care about the potential future employees. Still, I went for the next stage of the interview with a manager. It was good to know more details about the job and the position itself, but it was secondary. In the end, I was glad I didn't receive a job offer, because I wouldn't feel comfortable working with such people at the company. By the way, the company never contact or gave any feedback concerning the process, not even a simple No.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why you applied for this position? Do you know someone working at AT&T? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Which of your experiences can be verified?
