I received notification of my interview 2 days prior which allowed me time to prepare. My interviewer was very laid back putting me at ease as I had not interviewed in 7 years. I was asked the STAR (Situation Task Action Result) format, questions about our Pillars (Serve Customers First, Move Faster, Act Boldly, & Win As One), and specific questions about the position in which was I interviewing. I was given a timeframe for selection upon my ask, received an offer one week later, and accepted the following morning. The interview/hiring process does not always move this quickly and sometimes candidates are notified of interviews on the day of so stay ready!
