Interview
Companies need to be more transparent in their hiring processes. To carry me through several interviews to only have my hiring determined by people in a department who never actually speak to you is ridiculous for a sales position. If they’re not going to hire you, at the end of the day, they can at least send an email from HR saying that you didn’t get hired. People who can’t hire you promise jobs and then some unreachable department decides whether or not you’re hired. Ridiculous.

2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.
The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.
