Easy. They ask simple questions about you and why you want to work there. Don't be nervous or afraid to be yourself, being confident in yourself will go a long way.
The interview consisted of two rounds, including a group session, with store/area managers. It was relaxed and focused on personality. Overall, it was enjoyable, providing a comfortable atmosphere for interaction and assessment.
