We ask questions and then laugh in your face. We then make you do stupid exercises so we can laugh at you again. We tell you that you have the job and as soon as we open the door to let you out, we say, NO WAY will we give you a job.

Remote role. Didn't get the job. No complaints. Good luck to them and their company. Wasn't a difficult interview and feel better that I didn't get the position as wasn't a good fit for me or the company.
Had a very positive round of discussion, with a clear understanding on both sides. However later Ghosted by Recruiter on call & email, a professional decline/regret would have been nice.
