I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied on 10/21 for data analytics. I received a technical assessment on 11/19 to complete within 3 days. It was about 10 questions in pandas. I then received an invitation to a behavioral interview with a recruiter on 12/2. I interviewed on 12/17. I was asked two behavioral questions and then was told straightly after that I would advance to the next round. I formally got invitation for the technical interview on 1/4. I interviewed on 1/17 with two current TDP data analytics. They asked me some conceptual questions and live coding in pandas. I received rejection on 1/25.

Question 1
Behavioral: tell me about a time you had to present something with no preparation, tell me about a time you solved a long standing problem in a creative way
Technical: pros and cons of big data, how to get dataset in pandas and SQL
Online Assessment with lc and a SQL question -> 3 part Technical (lc easy, debugging, basic oop questions and frameworks I like to use) to Behavioral (standard questions, focused heavily on teamwork and cooperation).
Got invitation to OA about a week after applying. 4 very easy questions, 2 math 1 programming 1 SQL. Received an invitation to schedule interview right after. Interview is with two current TDP members, and is technical, 1 coding question which was very easy, then they moved onto system design which I was not prepared for. Interviewers were nice and explained the process easily

How would you prepare and plan the design of a system to upper management?
Passed first round interview that was in Hackerrank, about 10 questions coding in your choice of Python or R. mostly simple filters, working with a data frame, and extracting some insights. Second round was a behavioral interview, I answered all the questions using STAR format without any hesitation. Did not pass behavorial.
