The process was first telephonic round with the company HR. Followed by another 2 rounds of video interviews. One with the hiring manager and then with the team. Video was each of 1hours and telephonic was 30mins.
3 remote interviews and on site, with team lead and department manager. They asked me some general questions about my experience and abilities. No exercise was required. People were very nice and friendly. Also the hr.
