Interview
There is a phone screening process before an actual interview. In essence a phone screening was a series of basic questions like "tell me about yourself?" and "are you familiar with _____ technique?" it was not a difficult process, the person that interviewed me was very polite. I did not get called for a further interview I am guessing it was due to them finding someone else with more experience with the techniques and skill sets required for the job.

Interview
The process was straightforward. I had never experienced a 5 minute "interview". It was similar to a phone screening. I was originally rejected; However, I was re-interviewed at a later date and offered a position. My second interview I was able to ask questions and had more information on the actual position, so I was able to cater my responses to the questions.
The person who interviewed me was not great at communication and was late to the interview but still a simple straightforward interview. They asked about my experience and wanted key details.
