Was contacted by a recruiter and was invited for an interview. There were 4 1/2 hour sessions; one with the direct supervisor, one with his boss, one with another lab manager in that section, and one with coworkers. There were no real hard questions. the interview was easy, but I wish I know now what I didn't know then when I accepted the offer.

Very streamlined, with good communication throughout the entire process. A research presentation to a group of scientists was required at the on-site interview. Multiple one-on-one interviews were also part of the process. The on-site interview lasted about 4 hours and was average in difficulty. There were a number of behavioral questions asked by each of the individual interviewers
