The Interview lasted for about an hour and 45 minutes. It was a two part interview consisting of a group portion, followed by one on one interviews. In the group portion we all started with a game of 2 truths 1 lie as an introduction after which we were divided into groups and given a choice between 5 items. We had a 15 minute window to come up with a product name, price and sales pitch for the items. After this portion we were talked through all the necessary information about the position, hours and wage. All together this laster for about an hour after which we went onto the one on one part of the interview. The questions are pretty basic, mainly focusing on your previous experiences in sales, meeting targets and dealing with potential difficult situations.
