I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ATG Entertainment (London, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
Group interview in 2 stages. Had to perform various tasks which were mainly scenario based (e.g. pitch this boring item and practice selling items to customers) and then there was a 20 minute break and a third of the group was asked to leave. The rest went on to one-to-one interviews. We’re were told we would hear the result either later that day or the next day at the latest. The company never even bothered to contact me to tell me I hadn’t got the job. This is totally unprofessional in my opinion. A short, copy and pasted BCC email would have sufficed but ignoring people who got through to the interview stage is poor form.

Question 1
When was a time you gave exceptional customer service?
Thank you for your feedback. I am really surprised to hear you weren't contacted as I know that team does usually contact everyone by phone within a couple of hours of making their decision -
I will find out why that didn't happen this time. Thanks again for your message and for pointing this out.
