15-20minute 1:1 talk, in person at the theatre. Talked about previous experience and why I wanted to work there. Also a tour of the theatre and chance to ask any questions.

Apply online first through their portal. You then get an email requesting you to pick an interview slot. I was interviewed as part of a group but they also hold one to one interviews.
