There were 9 candidates in total, starting with a group task in the morning. The hiring managers (a total of 4 people) write notes on you throughout the whole task. If you are successful, you will make it to the individual interview.

Group task: Pitch a marketing campaign
Individual interviews:
1) Tell us about yourself
2) Why this role?
3) Tell us how you overcome a challenge
4) How do you ensure collaboration in a team?
5) How do you prioritise tasks/deadline?
The interview process was 2 stages, with an initial group stage involving group idea planning for an upcoming show and presenting these ideas. The second stage was an individual interview with the team management, largely question and answer.
