Interview
Submitted resume online, got a call the next day with a brief phone interview and came in the day after for an in-person interview. HR/recruiter was super nice and professional. No complaints. First half of interview was with him and went great. Second half was with 2 managers and raised many red flags- claimed 100,000 earning potential (yeah right), commission only after training, couldn’t tell me specifics of commission structure, $90/month parking, made it clear not to question managers after being hired, and generally very unprofessional (clothes, attitude, lies). Ever fell for one of those commission only pyramid schemey job postings on linkedIn or Indeed? Imagine just a slightly better version of that.
