Avoid all the costs!
The most disappointing and unprofessional interview process I have experienced in my entire professional career.
First round of interview: the hiring manager doesn’t turn up (without any prior warning) and the other person that is part of the interviewing panel sends an email asking to move the meeting just before meeting starts, as diary double booked.
I receive a positive feedback after interview #1 and moved to interview #2
Second interview: same hiring manager doesn’t show up again (I logged in the call and I’m there for 15 mins waiting for someone to turn up) the hiring manager never turned up or anyone never had the courtesy to let me know why meeting didn’t go ahead.
3 weeks later I get an email to say that the role have been offered to someone else.
I'm beyond surprised that there are still companies like this and more worryingly senior professionals out there, that think it is ok or acceptable to treats candidates for senior positions this way.
If this is just a sample on how people are treated once you join the company… I’m in no rush to consider any other future positions.
