I was contacted my phone first. During the phone call a recruiter described the offer and after the phone call I recieved a task - an algorithm to prepare. I had a week to make it. The task was quite time consuming. I sent the solution and didn't even get an answer. The company wanted me to make a time consuming task and even didn't bother to answer - very unpolite behaviour.
