They use the Who method. After the book. It's a long process but they try to schedule interviews quickly and the hiring process cycle time isn't too bad when they get around to hiring in the first place.

They ask for stories related to every job listed on your resume.
A brief phone call with basic questions, an interview in person that was very friendly, online questionnaire, with background check as well as drug test. Special dl required they offered study guides for. They followed up frequently with easy contact but the majority was done with email.
