I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aaron's (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I was contacted by Aaron's talent acquisition and they told me they loved my background and wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. Got that scheduled. It was slightly awkward as I felt like I was just being asked a list of question with no conversation back and forth about my answers. I was asked to come back for a panel interview that would last two and a half hours. I met with 10+ people and they were all very nice and asked general interview questions. I thought the interview went well but never heard back from them after that. I emailed twice and left a voicemail with no response to any of them.

Interview
I was interviewed three times before I was hired. A GM, Regional Manager and ultimately a VP interviewed me before I was offered the position. They were very professional and thorough. I felt like I had a great understanding of the expectations and requirements to be successful at Aaron’s. Frankly, it was a very impressive experience
