I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aaron's (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) in Apr 2014
Interview
I interviewed with the District Manager. It was rescheduled the first time we were supposed to meet and took about 45 minutes in the "closing room" of another location, not the store I was actually interviewing for. This is after a phone interview and prior to ever setting foot in the store I'd actually be in.
