Interview
Paper application at the time. Filled it out and got an interview time. The interview revolved around clearly scripted questions about sales experience and customer interactions. I didn't have any, but I was offered the job anyways.
It only took about 5-6 minutes, I accepted the offer and reported in to work in a week. When I reported, I was told that the position had been filled already, but that I could be a Delivery Driver instead at the same wage. Since I had already quit my other job, I accepted.

The interview process started with a phone call then a in person interview which lead to a final zoom meeting it was pretty straight forward and just a conversation about my background and overall experience. Also I learned a little about the role I was interviewing for as well.

Quick interview with the general manager then another interview with the regional manager. General manager interviewed me once, went over what the job entailed. Regional went more in depth with my background and previous employment.

Interview
The interview process is pretty straight forward. The general manager interviews you and then sends you an email. You have to take your drug test within two days of accepting this email. Then they will check your background.
