Applied through a career fair, reached out afterwards. Got a response in a week to set up an in-person interview.
In total I talked to three people. I went over a basic overview of the company with a Dev and got asked a number of simple questions based on their stack. Then I had lunch with the Hiring Manager and we talked about the my experience and whatnot. Then I had a more technical talk with a Lead Dev, who asked me to implement a system on whiteboard. I was supposed to talk with another, but they let me know that I wasn't going to be getting the position, as they were looking for a candidate farther along in their curriculum.
Everyone I met with was very nice and helped re-phrase the question or give hints whenever I got stuck or confused. Also, the food at lunch was delicious!

Interview
I interviewed in Fall 2023. I met Ab Initio through a school career fair. It is required that you sign an NDA.
There are two rounds: a technical screening round which is a standard coding interview question, as well as a final onsite, in which you talk to a plethora of people from across the company (think multiple developers, recruiters, etc.).
Very pleasant experience, honestly. Everyone was extremely nice and very personable, and I had some great conversations with the team. The team is definitely very technical and expects you to be just as technical. I would recommend studying medium-level LC problems and just knowing your stuff.
