I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ab Initio (Lexington, MA) in Sep 2019
Interview
First had a phone screen with a recruiter. Then I had a technical phone screen with one of the engineers. Afterwards, I had an onsite interview that consisted of 3 technical interviews and a lunch interview with one of the new grad developers. After that, the recruiter contacted me saying that they want to bring me in for another technical interview. Finally, they had to bring me in for a third and final day for a chance for me to ask questions to the head of development. Overall, the interviews themselves were fine, but I was a little bit put off by how many times I had to go in / how long the process was.

Question 1
Hash-map basics, OOP, a lot of company-specific questions that required knowledge of how memory is stored in a computer.
The interview process was pretty standard in the sense that there are technical interviews with a couple people and then an on-site. The people are really nice and seem to enjoy their work as well. Nothing to really flag!
