I have contacted by the HR. We talked on the phone and later invited for the interview.
The Interview took 3 days. Everyday I talked to 4-5 people from different groups such as development and consulting etc..
Every people I interviewed or interact with were really nice and they know what they are looking for.. If you are not what they are looking for or you are not ready, you will not have great time. You need to be articulate and have valid reasoning for all decisions you made or going to made. They value their customer and consider their team as their main asset therefore they are very selective. The key question is always are you a good fit fot their flat organization and also question if the company fits in your vision and goals. Do not be unprepared and waste your and lots of people's time. You cannot fake your way out.
I personally consider the overall interview process very positive. I was genuinely looking for if this is going to work out for me or can I work with this team? The people that interview and you will be part of the same team.
Coming up with right solutions to mini quizes and solving a real customer problem of course will open the doors for next steps. Do not be shy combine your brain with the guy infront of you and solve the problem. That is what matters. You will see commonality between you and them and then you know it may work for all.
At the end of 3 days interview, we discussed everything including benefits and etc. But I did not get official offer due to visa related issues. They called more than couple times in next year or so to check visa status. Unfortunately I was already fast sailing in one career path and decided to enjoy that journey.
The most I liked about the company is the people. Culture is positive relax.
