I was originally contacted by a recruiter and then had an interview with two colleagues. The interview was fairly straightforward with basic questions and how the company operates entirely. I was supposed to hear back the following week but was completely ghosted… not very professional
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ab Initio (Wellesley Hills, MA)
Interview
The initial phone screening with the recruiter was very pleasant and overall an opportunity to talk about my skill set. I was immediately moved on to the next round of interviewing, which is a portfolio review and behavioral interview. I had thought that this interview had also gone very well, because the interviewer expressed no concerns about me as an applicant when I inquired, and seemed impressed with my skillset and experience. However, after a week of waiting, I received a very unprofessional and curt email saying they would not be moving on with the interview process, and refused to give further explanation.
