Interview
Phone interview around 30 minutes. Basic question such as : tell me about yourself, we do you like this company, strengths, tell me about your experiences , projects. At the end they describe the job in more details and how working at their company would be. The last part is open to questions you might have for them
Phone screen with technical questions
Second more intense phone interview with hiring manager.
In person interviews with team members to determine fit and technical expertise. Whole day in 30 min increments, two interviewers per session

The HR never replies to your emails and it would be more professional if they let us know the decision after several rounds of interview. Just letting people know of any updates regarding the hiring process would be greatly appreciated.
