A very positive experience during my interview process. The HR manager was always responsive and available to resolve my questions and navigate me through the selection process.
After the HR screen, I went through several stages of the interview process. Very positive experience. On each interview, the interview was interested to get to know me, showing interest, and providing detailed information about the role and working at Abbvie... at the end of the day, yes the company is choosing you, but we also choose the company.

Interview
I cannot get an interview despite having a background that matches/exceeds requirements. It appears the company does not open itself to many candidates outside their industry. I applied multiple times to multiple roles and never received a reply.
Went through 4 rounds of interviews before they went with someone else. And it took about 5 weeks from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process. Each interview decision took about a week to week and a half.
