it was a zoom interview. they asked you about your background, to tell them about your strengths, weaknesses, tell us about a difficult situation you were able to resolve. two people on the call.
Prior to invitation to an assessment centre, i had a HR telephone interview before progressing to a virtual interview with hiring manager.
Assessment centre comprised of - competency assessment, review exercise, roleplay & informal get to know you interview
1st interview - Consulting Firm
2nd - Hiring Manager 3rd - Director
Very friendly interview process. Most questions were about personality and fit. There were several technical questions as well.
