Experience in customer service with patients and customers in a pharmacy setting. Lots of team experience questions and why I wanted to join the team. Also asked questions about past experience in a pharmacy setting
One round interview, all conducted online via Teams. Questions were easy and straightforward, mainly relating to my previous experience, and skills needed for the job. It lasted around 20 minutes.
