Did two phone interviews then went in for an in person interview. I took off half a day at my current job to interview with 5 people only to not have the recruiter or hiring manager return any of my calls. I didn’t even receive a standard rejection letter which I find to be very unprofessional. Do not waste people’s personal time or Vacation time at their current job just only to not give them the decency to formally reject them.
