Interview process was lengthy and thorough (~3 months). I received an interview after an on-campus information session. 2nd round was with a regional manager. Then I did a few rounds of on-site shadowing in the field. Finally I wrote a 2 page synopsis about my experience before receiving an offer.

Pretty routine interview process, introduce yourself and ask why the position interests you. The hardest part was trying to get a feel for the Interviewers; they were very monotone and uninterested and seemed to already have a decision before the interview started.
