Met with the team in person. The team approved of me, so I did a full day field ride. The experience was a full day interview. I received the green light and met with the regional manger in person. Once that interview was successful I met with the VP who ultimately gave me an offer which I accepted.

Interview
Very straightforward and professional throughout the entire interview process. They communicated clearly, answered questions honestly and proactively, and never gave me the runaround. I appreciated how respectful they were of my time by keeping me informed, setting clear expectations, and not leaving me waiting unnecessarily between interview steps.
Good one phone screening and two zoom meetings with a final in person interview all solid with tough questions mainly about high pressure situations and how my background can lead me to hitting the ground running in this territory

Fast, it was very chill and not stressful. Make sure to ask about the work and a chance to speak to their current employee about the work and all. Not very technical based interview
