The Interview was very straightforward with the hiring manager directly. It took about 90 minutes overall, and the questions were all directly related to the role. A decision was made within couple of days following the interview. It was a really simple and pleasant experience which I didn’t expect for a large multinational company like this.

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Abbott in Nov 2023
Interview
I applied in September of 2023 for an RA Specialist position at the Neuromodulation Division. Interviewed 3 times in October-November and they updated me once in December. They did not respond back to me at all in January until the very end of the month with their final decision. Such a slow and unprofessional process. Definitely discouraged me from applying to more jobs at Abbott in the future.
