What are the strengths, weaknesses, failures, and previous experiences with illustrations
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abbott (Cleveland, OH) in Aug 2020
Interview
I was interviewed for the clinical consultant position for specific location. I was interviewed by 5 different people in one day. During the last 2 interviews with a program manager and regional director I was told that they would consider me for a completely different location and my region is actually filling up. Despite that, I expressed willingness co consider other near locations. My profile is strong and I knew that I have easily met all criteria and requirements. I even could be considered as over-skilled for the position.
After a while, one of my follow up email was responded that they are still considering me for other locations but things are moving slow because of the pandemic restrictions. My second follow up email was never responded. I accept that I could not fit the position for millions of reasons but I haven't received even courtesy of clear decision regarding my candidacy nor from HR or managers.
I consider that experience with Abbott Vascular as terrible and will never look back on other opportunities at this company.

It was unprofessional, to say the least. They kept scheduling then rescheduling interviews. It was frustrating. I was turned off immediately. It was like they already knew which candidate they were going to hire. They were merely just doing HR formality and interviewing X amount of people
