The process was short. Submitted a resume, phone screening with a corporate recruiter, one panel interview (remote video) with manager and two team members (scheduled for one hour but lasted only 40 minutes). Each person on the panel described their job function and experience at Abbott. Two people shared video and the manager was available on audio only. Other than my experience with one writing tool, I wasn't asked any writing, process, or technical questions. They asked me to introduce my self and summarize my writing experiences.
