It was only a 10-minute interview, and wasn't even formally an interview. It was with the Ohio State virtual engineering expo virtually. The interviewer was very nice and sounded interested in my application.

Got asked get to know questions such as tell me about yourself and given information on job scope. I attended both online and onsite interviews. Did not get asked technical questions.
First general question about applicant and role. Gave me 2 hours to solve a pricing case, and then show it to managers. English is a must. Excel data analysis was required.

I got an interview from a warm intro, which led to 5 interviews in total: my connection, the R&T team, a CFD expert, current Co-Ops, another interview with R&D team, and a CAD engineer.
