I applied online. I interviewed at Abbott in Sep 2021
Interview
Organized process, good, professional communication through different stages. First a phone interview, then a virtual interview with the recruiter and a few days later an interview with hiring manager. Finally, a call from the recruiter indicating I would not continue in the process and an email with the same notification. Company will go back to working 4 days from the office and just 1 WFH and their locations aren't really traffic friendly, so that will definitely take a toll on your work-life balance after almost 2 years working from home.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Abbott in Jul 2017
Interview
Two phone interviews with the hiring manager, a phone interview with the Director of Talent and two interviews with potential peers. The process did not continue, though it would have included a panel, and try out with a case.
