Recruiter screen, hiring manager virtual interview, then half day on-site. They were very fair and focused more on enthusiasm and genuine desire for the role more than drilling you on technical questions. I ended up as the runner up for the role but overall it was a great/straight forward process.

Interview was pretty straightforward, basic engineering and manufacturing questions. got sent to the second round interview, was originally told the position would be hybrid but then was told it was fully in person with no exceptions, so I declined to move forward.
