The interview was fairly easy. I had 3 rounds: 1 with HR, 1 with my supervisor, and 1 with a copywriter. There were almost no crazy questions or work to do, just more of vibing together. As someone to ended up taking the job, I come back with updates. I was mislead. I was told that I could work East Coast hours.... I found out this was not true when I read the handbook. Similarly, I was told that overtime was minimal and rare, but I had ended up having to do roughly 50-70 (sometimes 80) hour work weeks. If you need the money, take this job, but do not stop applying.

There are two separate interviews- one with the hiring manager (Helen Trbovic) and the second a group interview with the present Clinical Research Associates. The Clinical Research Associate group also review your resume, and Helen Trbovic gives the CRAs' opinion strong consideration. Although the group interview can seem intimidating at first, all CRAs went through the same process and everyone is generally pretty friendly.
