Abercrombie & Fitch Assistant Store Manager interview questions

I met with the District Manager. The process was pretty laid back. I was asked mostly experience questions so be able to tell detailed stories about your experiences. I pulled from the college and work experience. Be engaging and friendly. They want to see that you are able to effectively communicate with your associates.

Met with the district manager and had 1 interview. Asked very basic interview questions. received a phone call a week later with an offer and store placement. They are always desperate for Managers because of a high turnover rate. the interview process is based on appearance, despite what upper level management says. All they are looking for is that you have a 4 year degree and dress the way they want.
