Interview
The interview was not interactive done completely through video and AI. I never got the chance to interact with an actual person. Overall I did not enjoy the interview process and didn’t think it gave applicants a fair shot to show their true skills.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How you had handled a difficult situation and what you did to overcome it
First step of the interview process was a virtual asynchronous video interview and a quantitative reasoning assessment. The video asked about your school/class standing, why you were interested in the program, and other similar reflective questions. The quantitative reasoning assessment was mostly word problems or table/exhibit analyses that were in a business context. The math isn’t hard in and of itself, but you have to think about the right approach to the problem in the time frame.
