Came into the store one day and asked the manager if they were hiring. She said yes and recruited me right there. Filled out the application on the computer in the store and scheduled my interview a week later. It was a group interview with three other girls. We were interviewed by the manager who recruited me and just asked a few questions. A week later a received a call.

Very relaxed. Asked personal questions common in an interview. Interviewer was very chill and treated me like a friend. Asked me what my availability is and why I wanted this job. Specifically why I wanted impact over brand rep.
