Meet with the store manager, if they like you then you meet with the district manager and if they think you can handle it then you're hired. After 90 days and completed manager training they promote you as long as you pass the online assessment.

It is a very short interview. It is in the front of the store and they ask you questions and write down your answers on a piece of paper with clipboard. They seem to want people who look the role. I feel like they might discriminate based on your appearance and gender (if you are a male).

easy interview , at the mall, with the store manager waiting for the next round with the district manager.. friendly.. but at the end they surprised me that the job will be in a different location!
