First I submitted an online application, then I was asked to complete a short pre-recorded interview. After that I got an e-mail asking to FaceTime with one of the recruiters, and she explained the role to me in greater depth. It felt more like we were getting coffee together than having an interview. Following the FaceTime, I have been asked to do a Skype interview with two associates from the home office, in addition to completing a small project.
